We have a dedicated rental department to look after landlords and tenants.

If you are a Landlord looking to rent out your property for the first time or have a property portfolio you want managing this we can do for you. Our team understand that your property portfolio may be your biggest asset and even your main source of income, so finding the right tenant for you is critical.

We offer a Managed or Tenant Find service

All potential tenants are credit checked and references obtained from employers and previous landlords.

Our tenancies are Shorthold Tenancy agreements (minimum six month agreement)

Inventories are done on all managed properties

Property inspections are carried out every three months when occupied

Our fees are competitive and negotiable depending on portfolio size.
